Black Friday is approaching, amongst thousands of other Holiday discounts. If you don't catch any this time around, many brands will run more "can't-miss" deals starting next year.

Most brands don't offer big sales because it's good for business or to thank their customers. It's done to encourage consumer spending to avoid losing market share.

However, this corporate tussle leads to excessive consumption and production that hurt our planet. In fact, the textile industry generates 8-10% of global emissions.

At Livelihood, we do not support this approach because we believe you should have confidence in the value and quality of the product you're buying to consume mindfully.

Our approach to clothing is to create ethically and sustainably made-to-last timeless essentials in small batches to reduce waste. For this reason, we sell our products at fair prices year-round to pay our people livable wages and help you make a difference by planting one tree in an American city.

This is why we provide an option to simply plant a tree without purchasing our products for those who want to help make a difference but recognize that they may not need to buy anything at the time.
